Measuring My Heart Glow

See that glowing heart? Son, Darion, gave it to me, knowing I would use it. I sure did! At Ashland Chamber of Commerce this morning, making a point about my work to keep hearts tuned up with self help and self healing skills.

And to get the feeling of heart glow, I sang a short rendition, “This little heart of mine I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine!”

I followed that with chakra chimes that have pure tones and uplifted hearts in the room according to many present. In general, I know how I am doing according to how much heart glow I feel in my daily life. It goes up and down so I use self help techniques to do my best to make sure some light is shining. Makes for a better awesome aging. ‪#‎morefunkicksat66‬
