Rainbow Picnic at North Umpqua Waterfalls….WOW!

Ever had a rainbow picnic? Every so often I get the hankering to create a meal or picnic that has every color of the rainbow, from fruit to vegies. Accomplished that yesterday, hosting a friend who moved to Portland that I taught in my preschool stress mgt. sessions over 30 years ago in Kansas.

Visiting a string of waterfalls along the North Umpqua was nothing short of magical and uplifting…..awesome aging injections for all ages, to say the least!

The mist from the waterfalls was pure refreshment as it generated billions of ions that give the body exactly what is needed any day of the year. Feeling so grateful and fortunate to have access to magical places in gorgeous Oregon. #earthisheaven@67
