Sure. Why not! Make it fun!! Feel heart when sitting, kids. Notice it’s beating slowly. Now let’s run in place. Oh, feel how fast that made our hearts beat. Let’s take a deep belly button breath using the breathing sphere. Oh, WOW! We just slowed our hearts down by doing belly button breathing! How cool is THAT!
Exercise, eating good food and taking deep breaths all help to keep our hearts feeling good. You play the drum while I sing the song: I CAN EXERCISE, EXERCISE AND EAT GOOD FOOD. I CAN TAKE DEEP BREATHS SO MY HEART FEELS GOOD! Great job, kiddos!
