Inner Child Noodle DrummingIt was such an honor to be the guest speaker this morning at Ashland’s wonderful Rotary Club. They are such a heartwarming group that is dedicated to helping others and promoting peace. Their group laughs heartily and often as the camaraderie is ever present with their exchanges.

Speaking on the importance of helping children learn to tap their own internal resources with mind/body/emotions with my specialty of 3D learning (using objects in the environment to help children tune into their own inner world for skill based knowledge), a bridge was made to Awesome Aging. Focusing on the attributes we share in aging benefits not only our own mental framework but influences children in a positive way about aging and ongoing human potential.

They were happy to learn that 10 minutes of laughter is equal to a 30 minute workout in caloric expenditure. They must lose weight regularly with the amount of laughter they generate!

What a delightful group to be with on a Tuesday morning. Thank you, Rotary, for all you do that creates a stronger community and a healthier world. #earthisheaven@67
