Wish I Would Have Learned This in Childhood

Pirates landed yesterday. They had a disagreement 32 daycare children witnessed. So we learned that when something happens in the world around us, we think something with our minds and FEEL a feeling IN our bodies.

Awareness rules before self-control can happen! Thoughts and feelings are always connected. Drumming and singing the thinking/feeling song stole the show next to chewing a cracker, thinking and feeling about that experience! Wish I would have learned these skills when I was a preschooler! Happy to be on this end teaching it.

My 40 year passion/vision/mission teaching preschoolers about their inner worlds continues to strengthen my knowing that all children need and deserve the right to know themselves and how to tap their inner resources in a complex world. Passion is jet fuel for awesome aging!
