84, Energetic and Excited About How She Feels!

“I never had any confidence and felt so bad about myself. I never knew what it was like to feel energetic because I always felt so tired.” She is 84 and a true inspiration! She stopped at my vendor table at the Women’s Conference. Her job is helping people lose weight. She said she was overweight all her life.Then she lost 60 pounds when she was 82 and has felt better than she has ever felt in her life. Now she wants to help others be empowered and her personal focus is to tone her arms. She was so excited about her success! I loved her motivation and gained self confidence.
