SesameSeed(Use organic ingredients whenever possible)
3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter, creamy
1/2 cup honey (not clover)
1 cup rolled quick oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 – 1/2 cups chocolate chips to taste
1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5-8 Tbsp. boiling water (more or less to acquire somewhat sticky texture)
1 – 1 1/2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut in bowl to roll mixture in size of large unshelled walnuts

Mix peanut butter, honey, vanilla. Add oats, seeds, 1/2 cup coconut. Then add water until consistency is damp and sticky but not gooey. Toss in chocolate chips, mix. Make large walnut size balls by rolling in your hands. Then roll in 1 – 1/2 cups shredded coconut. Refrigerate before serving. Store in jar with tight lid in refrigerator. Good for 2 weeks if they last! Yummm!
