
Speaking on the importance of helping children learn to tap their own internal resources with mind/body/emotions with my specialty of 3D learning (using objects in the environment to help children tune into their own inner world for skill based knowledge), a bridge was made to Awesome Aging. Focusing on the attributes we share in aging benefits not only our own mental framework but influences children in a positive way about aging and ongoing human potential.
They were happy to learn that 10 minutes of laughter is equal to a 30 minute workout in caloric expenditure. They must lose weight regularly with the amount of laughter they generate!
