Perseverance. Accomplishment. Around Valentine’s Day Claire tried and tried to stand up on the sofa cushions Grayson placed on the floor for playful purpose in his family room. Claire had her own ideas about how to use them. Stepping on them, she wobbled and fell several times. Then, finally, she was able to hold her cushioned ground. She was quite pleased with herself. And it was obvious she was not going to give up until she had accomplished what she was intending to do. She got a big round of applause from Grandma Boom which she decided to join in with, clapping for herself, lost her balance and got to practice getting balanced again. And she smiled when she fell down clapping! She reminds me to smile more at myself!
