Another Qi Gong weeknd learning wonderful techniques to improve energy, health and well-being. “Big Tree” is the name of an exercise that is a standing meditation. We did this for 30 minutes at a time with eyes closed and visualizing as we were breathing that we had roots going into the earth like a tree, and branches going up into the sky also like a tree. We imagined breathing in nutrients from the earth and expansive energy from the sky into our bodies. It raises energy level and creates a deep calming physically while clearing the mind of useless thoughts. Empowering!!!
