WHY ARE WE NOT TEACHING THIS TO ALL CHILDREN IN DAYCARE/PRESCHOO/SCHOOLS??? Why is it important for children (and us) to learn how to access a CALM CENTER inside with deep breathing and have self-control instead of feeling like others are in control with their bad moods or stressed out energies?

Calm center means having the ability to be clear minded and have calm self-control, regardless of circumstances around us. If danger arises as it does often at this time, remaining calm can lend itself to making the right choices.

Using a fun approach with daycare children feeling the difference between tense and calm in their bodies with tactile visual aids, I made a variety of musical sounds for them to feel the difference between harsh/tense sounds and calming sounds. BEST PART was making a sharp tense sound by each child who took a deep belly button breath so the tense sound did not control her/him. SUCCESS!!! Great FUN practice!!! 40 years and counting on this bandwagon!! ‪#‎earthisheaven‬@67
