Making Choices with our Emotions

Playing! Having fun instead of being sad my grown son was leaving after a wonderful visit. We always have a choice….my choice was not to be sad he was leaving, to be glad he came. And to transform the habit of being sad when he left, I suggested doing this picture.

I had the sinking suspicion that Mom didn’t want me to fly home today.
