Hold your hands by your ears. Keep the ring fingers and pinky fingers together, separated from the middle finger and index thumbs. It will make a “V.” Place your hands with the “V”opening around your ears. See the picture. Now rub up and down until your ears feel really warm. You have to be the judge of how long to do this. Once they feel warmed up,take whole hand and push back on ear towards back of head, then bring hand back towards front of face as you pull back of ear with hands. Next let go and lightly brush your ear lobes from their backside to front side three times. This is an ancient Qi Gong technique that affects over 200 acupressure points in the body. It ‘wakes them up’ so-to-speak and gets your energy flowing. You can use this as much as you like. If you are tired when driving, pull over for a couple minutes and give yourself a lift. Great to use any time of day. Enjoy ear flapping!
